- The rate given assumes not more than two people using the Chambers, and does not include any supervision, guidance or tuition (please enquire if you need such services).
- Hire of the Chambers is ideally geared towards two people. However, it can also be rented out by solo t-girls who require the use of the space for dressing but this does NOT include the option of any play or support from Mistress.
- Please enquire if your party contains more than two: there will be a slightly increased charge for three or more.
- Discretion is expected and offered. Please be considerate of neighbours and others when entering, using and leaving the Chambers.
- No outside play space is available or offered for use.
- Drugs are not permitted in the Chambers during play under any circumstances. This includes the use of poppers. The only exception is medication prescribed by your doctor and must be disclosed at booking.
- Responsibilty for your health, welfare and safety reside with you. How you elect to interact with each other is your own responsibilty and you accept all liability.
- Certain items of equipment within the Chambers are unavailable for hire use (e.g. scalpels, electrical kit, fire play kit etc). The assumption being that if you are competant in their use you will prefer to utlise your own kit as a skilled practitioner.
- Other items of equipment such as needles, latex gloves and condoms are available for purchase individually.
